Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required).
- Friendly, confident, and loves communicating with customers
- Passionate about fashion, retail or customer service
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment
- Available for weekday and weekend shifts
- No optical experience required, full training provided for the right attitude and personality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting customers to select frames that match their style and needs
- Learning lens basics and eyewear care
- Supporting daily store operations and visual presentation
- Delivering warm, welcoming customer service that Zoom Optics is known for
