Zonta House Refuge Association (Zonta House) is a specialist provider of family and domestic violence (FDV) services. Our purpose, values and services have been informed through 40 years of experience, the needs of women in our community and research in leading practice.

Zonta House provides a suite of services for women experiencing FDV that reinforce one another and represent the core of Zonta House’s work. That is, when the voices of women are heard, our responses uphold dignity, builds on safety, and challenges the drivers of abuse. Victim/Survivors of FDV are able to access responsive and person-centred support based on their needs to build a future free from abuse.

About the role

We are seeking a Data & Insights Officer who will play a vital role in supporting the organisation by ensuring accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting across all programs.

This part-time position (45 hours per fortnight) is offered on a fixed-term contract until 30th June 2026, with the possibility of an extension. This role will be based in Willetton.

The role is responsible for maintaining data integrity and coordinating internal reporting systems to support program evaluation and measure social impact. You will assist in preparing reports to meet contractual and organisational requirements, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and strengthen digital and cyber compliance through effective data management practices.

This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for using data to drive organisational success.

Key Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience in data measurement, analysis, and evaluation.
  2. Skilled in interpreting business information needs and generating reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  3. Proficiency in using data management systems and tools (e.g., Penelope, CSNet).
  4. Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and meaningful reports for a range of audiences.
  5. Ability to prioritise responsibilities and respond flexibly to changing priorities.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders and demonstratable facilitation and liaison skills.
  7. Social Impact Certification – desirable
  8. Experience working in the not-for-profit sector – desirable

The successful candidate will need to possess:

  • National Police Clearance Certificate
  • WA driver’s license with good driving records
