As Pat Silva’s Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations within our insurance firm based in Bass Hill, New South Wales. Responsibilities:

  • Manage Pat Silva’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of Pat Silva
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organised and up to date
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as required
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service

Qualifications:
