This role is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, enjoys mentoring teams, and can balance operational oversight with participant centred care.

Participant and Stakeholder Relationships

• Assist Front Line Leaders in maintaining positive relationships with participants, families, and external stakeholders • Respond to concerns and feedback professionally and proactively • Work collaboratively with Support Coordinators and Allied Health teams to ensure continuity of care and up to date service agreements

Direct Support and Crisis Response

• Provide direct support where required, including during periods of escalation or operational need • Support staff with complex behaviours, emotional regulation, and high intensity support implementation where trained • Remain calm, adaptable, and solutions focused under pressure

You will thrive at Zest if you:
