About the role
We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Operations Coordinator to jump in and keep our catering deliveries moving from point A to B, Monday to Friday. Our Operations Coordinator does not just deliver catering to our customers across Greater Melbourne, they’re managing stakeholder relationships, administration and keeping the vibes high. The best part about it? Every delivery ticked off your list contributes to a great cause. What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate and facilitate daily catering and food delivery operations across greater Melbourne, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely service.
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to manage preparation schedules, order volumes and packaging requirements
- Maintain stock levels, ordering supplies and ingredients to support seamless service delivery
- Ensure food safety standards, hygiene practices, and compliance requirements are consistently met
- Assist with reporting on delivery performance, order accuracy, and operational improvements
About you
- Experience in catering operations, hospitality, logistics, or food service delivery
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with a focus on timely delivery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders at once
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and handling requirements
- Full Victorian Driver’s License
