A bit about the role
As an Employment Service Administrator, you will be an essential member of our thriving Employment and Training team, supporting the successful delivery of the Transition to Work (TtW) program.
This role plays a key part in ensuring real employment outcomes for young people by overseeing the end-to-end wage subsidy process. You will be responsible for managing approvals, tracking progress, and coordinating reimbursement processes for participants who have secured sustainable employment.
Working across internal teams and external partners, you will provide high-quality administrative support that enables our Recruitment Partners to focus on building relationships and supporting young people into work. Your ability to manage data, maintain accurate records, and coordinate processes will directly contribute to the effectiveness of our employment programs.
