The Role

We’re on the hunt for a people-person powerhouse who thrives on creating positive first impressions. You’ll own our reception space, keep the gears turning behind the scenes, and bring warmth to every patient, visitor, and call.

What You’ll Be in Charge of:

  • Greeting patients, visitors, and partners with professionalism and genuine warmth.
  • Managing high-volume calls, emails, and enquiries – multitasking like a BOSS.
  • Manning our HQ reception at Brendale and supporting pick-up points (Aspley & Teneriffe).
  • Maintaining front desk systems, databases, and patient records with precision.
  • Solving problems on the fly.
  • Handling admin tasks: mail, filing, documents, and keeping workflow smooth.
  • Partnering with internal teams – collaboration is key.
  • Contributing to projects and process improvements to level-up patient experiences.
