The Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive pharmacy team, working alongside experienced pharmacists to prepare, dispense, and manage medications with care and accuracy. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and dedication directly support patient wellbeing. The work you do each day genuinely makes a difference!
Key Responsibilities
Medication & Dispensing Support
- Assist pharmacists with preparing, labelling, and dispensing prescriptions
- Support compounding activities under pharmacist supervision
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide professional, friendly, and patient-focused service
- Respond to prescription and pharmacy service enquiries within scope
Inventory & Systems
- Receive, store, and manage pharmaceutical stock
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and assist with ordering
Compliance & Quality
- Follow all safety, regulatory, and quality requirements
- Handle medications and hazardous substances correctly
Administrative Support
- Assist with billing, payments, and general administration
- Support the wider pharmacy team to keep workflows running smoothly
About You
- Qualified or experienced Pharmacy Technician
- High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working with pharmacy systems and documentation
- Reliable, organised, and a strong team player
