About Us
At Your Solution Compounding Pharmacy (YSCP), we’re not just about precision compounding …we’re about people. Behind every carefully compounded product is a team that works hard, laughs hard, and keeps things moving (literally).
We are on the hunt for a Warehouse & Inventory Manager who is equal parts organiser, problem-solver, and space-optimiser. We want you to take full ownership of our warehouse and inventory operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
About the Role
Strap on your hi-vis cape! As our Warehouse & Inventory Manager, you’ll be the brains and the brawn behind the flow of goods in and out of our Brendale warehouse. This role is not desk-bound. You will be on the floor, leading from the front, ensuring inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and smooth daily operations while working closely with Finance and Operations.
From making sure every item is where it should be, to fine-tuning systems and processes, you’ll keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. The best part of it all? Your work has real impact – helping patients across Australia get the medications they need, right when they need them.
This role is made for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, thrives on a good challenge, and wants to grow with a company that’s not just expanding, but also knows how to have a little fun along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Wizardry
- Receive, store, and place stock like a Tetris master
- Keep the racks tidy, the stock rotating, and the expiry dates from sneaking up on us
- Lead stock takes like a BOSS
- Ensure compliance with safety and pharmaceutical handling procedures
- Identify and implement improvements to optimise processes and workflow efficiency
- Lead, coach, and supervise a small warehouse team
Inventory Ingenuity
- Full ownership of inventory accuracy and stock integrity
- Forecasting and demand planning to support operational and financial planning
- Order what we need, when we need it (not too much, not too little)
- Watch stock turnover rates like a hawk and keep costs in checks
- Get nerdy with numbers – ERP experience gets you bonus points
- Process inventory transactions, receipts, reporting and adjustments
- Report regularly on inventory performance to management in a timely manner
Relationship Rockstar
- Work with suppliers and key accounts to keep everyone happy
- Build trust, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly
- Work closely with Finance on stock valuation, discrepancies, and reporting
What We’re Looking For

- Experience leading a small operational team
