We would love to welcome an experienced, reliable, and resilient SIL House Lead to support a male participant with ASD Level-3, complex behaviours and high physical support needs. This is a permanent part-time lifestyle, fly-in fly-out (FIFO) role from Brisbane to Mackay. The role is suitable for a calm, confident support worker who can provide consistent structure, emotional regulation support, and safe, proactive behaviour management.

About the Role
As a Support Worker in the SIL House Leader role, you will provide Supported Independent Living services that promote safety, independence, and emotional stability for a participant with complex behavioural needs. You will play a key role in implementing behaviour support strategies, maintaining a regulated home environment, and ensuring the participant feels supported both at home and in the community.
This role is open to support workers who can safely manage physical tasks and high intensity behavioural support.

Work Life Balance Roster
- 1 week on (Monday to Monday)

Required Certifications
- NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (QLD)
- NDIS Orientation Module
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver’s Licence
Essential Experience & Requirements
- Experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours, including high intensity
- Confidence implementing behaviour support plans and de-escalation strategies
- Physical capability to safely support a tall, physically strong participant
- Ability to remain calm, grounded, and solutions focused under pressure
- Maybo Training – Positive Behaviour Support or similar (not mandatory but desirable)
- Manual Handling certification (not mandatory but desirable)
