YMCA Geelong is seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of Carols by Candlelight at Johnstone Park, one of Geelong’s most cherished Christmas events. This iconic evening celebrates community, Christmas spirit, and raises vital funds for youth programs run by YMCA Geelong. This is your chance to add your personal flair and dynamic leadership to shape a truly memorable community event.

About the Role

As the Events Coordinator, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver a safe, engaging, and memorable Carols by Candlelight event. Working closely with the event committee, YMCA staff, City of Greater Geelong events team, artists, vendors, sponsors, and volunteers, you’ll oversee everything from concept to completion.

Your creativity, organisation, and leadership will ensure the event continues to evolve while maintaining its place as a much-loved Christmas tradition in central Geelong.
