Are you ready to bring your energy, organisation, and people skills to a role where service matters?

We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys helping others. You’ll be the face of our front desk, providing exceptional service and support to patrons every day.

Hours of Work:

This role offers a variety of shifts between mornings and 6;30pm. Hours may vary depending on operational needs. This position operates across 44 weeks of the year.

This position involves a wide range of front desk responsibilities including:

  • Reception duties
  • Cash handling
  • Telephone operations
  • Program bookings
  • Membership support

You’ll need to be confident, organised, and ready to handle a variety of tasks with professionalism and care.
