Description

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Yarrawonga, Northern Territory. This permanent role is available as either part-time or full-time and is essential in providing high-quality front-counter customer service, administrative support, and reception services across the organisation.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting finance, operations, and senior staff with daily administrative tasks. This role also involves processing payments, managing enquiries, raising maintenance work orders, and maintaining organised reception and office areas to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional front-counter and phone reception services.
  • Greet clients and visitors and manage general enquiries.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records in Console.
  • Raise and monitor maintenance work orders.
  • Provide administrative support to each department if needed.
  • Handle mail, filing, data entry, and general office duties.
  • Maintain a clean, organised reception and office environment.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • OCHRE Card / Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Driver’s Licence desirable.
