Description

Summary:

We are seeking an organised and proactive Corporate Support Officer to join our team in Yarrawonga. This role provides essential administrative support across corporate services, including IT and fleet asset management, compliance tracking, project support, and governance reporting. Ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of IT support requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the IT team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate IT projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on IT service performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including IT equipment setup and training.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an IT support or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with IT support tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
