About the job
Role location: Slacks Creek
Role type: Permanent, part-time, 24 hours per week
Pay range: $68,533 to $74,797 (pro rata) a year based on experience, with salary packaging
exempt from Fringe Benefits Tax available
In this role you will:
Provide essential administrative support to the Parent Pathways team through entering data into the Workforce Australia Online Platform ensuring claims are complete and accurate and match team brokerage expenditure. You will work across multiple systems and need strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
About you

- Relevant qualifications and/or experience are essential.
- Proven experience in administrative and/or financial processing and record keeping.
- Proficient with business systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to quickly and efficiently process data.
- Demonstrated organisational skills to plan and prioritise work efficiently and effectively, and to manage competing demands and priorities.
- Experience in employment services is a bonus, but your passion for helping others is what truly sets you apart.
