We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to
join our team in Mulwala, NSW. The
position is full-time and based out of our head office in Mulwala with an
employer who values your team and solution-driven mindset. You will need to be a confident,
detail-oriented individual ready to thrive in a busy construction setting.
Qualifications:
- Certificate
in Building and Construction or equivalent
- Construction
Induction Card (White card)
- Current
Drivers Licence
- Current
Forklift Licence advantageous
Skills required:
- A
minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Management
experience
- Comprehensive
knowledge of building methods, processes, and materials
- Sound
computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
- Proven
organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
- Ability
to follow and drive for procedure improvements & efficiencies
- A
positive and solution-driven mindset
- Strong
work ethic and the willingness to help others and work within a team
- Personal
pride in the quality of your work and strong attention to detail
- Confidence
