Construction Supervisor

YMH is a leading builder of modular dwellings and commercial buildings servicing the Lifestyle, Tourism and Commercial sectors.  With facilities in both Mulwala NSW and Bendigo VIC.  All our modular buildings are designed and built to the very highest standards with a true focus on quality.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Mulwala, NSW.  The position is full-time and based out of our head office in Mulwala with an employer who values your team and solution-driven mindset.  You will need to be a confident, detail-oriented individual ready to thrive in a busy construction setting.

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Building and Construction or equivalent
• Construction Induction Card (White card)
• Current Drivers Licence
• Current Forklift Licence advantageous

Skills required:

• A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Management experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of building methods, processes, and materials
• Sound computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• Ability to follow and drive for procedure improvements & efficiencies
• A positive and solution-driven mindset
• Strong work ethic and the willingness to help others and work within a team
• Personal pride in the quality of your work and strong attention to detail
• Confidence to work independently
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability to meet required deadlines
• Ability to supervise apprentices
• Experience working with a variety of trades
• A good understanding of the modular construction industry (desirable but not essential)
