About Us:

Yarra Contracting is an Aboriginal owned and operated Civil Construction company based in Victoria. We are an enthusiastic company experiencing strong growth and a great pipeline of work across Tier 1 infrastructure projects.

We are now looking for a strong Civil Supervisor to join our energetic team in a full time capacity.

Job Description:

We require a Surveyor within our team to assist us in the delivery of our Victorian based projects.

This role will require the successful candidate to perform field based activities on our major projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys and measurements for construction projects

• Prepare survey reports and maps

• Ensure accuracy of measurements and survey data

• Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure project goals are met

• Use various surveying equipment, including total stations and GPS systems

• Conduct research and analysis to determine land boundaries and property lines

• Review and interpret construction plans and specifications

Requirements:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

• Recognised qualification in surveying

• 3+ years of experience in surveying and civil construction

• Experience using surveying equipment and software, including total stations and GPS systems

• Knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and standards

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license
