Xestro is a cloud-native practice management platform for private specialist medical practices across Australia. We support more than 4,500 practitioners, we don’t discount, and we grow because practitioners recommend us to their peers. We are the fastest-growing provider in our market.

We are now hiring a Sales and Growth Lead to build the commercial engine to match our product and our reputation.

The Role

You will own new client acquisition, expansion revenue, referrals, and the team behind all of it. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will initially lead two direct reports with clear scope to grow the function as results follow.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and lead a scalable, trust-based sales function built on inbound demand and peer referrals.
  • Improve conversion rates without discounting.
  • Drive expansion revenue from existing clients through consultative upsell journeys.
  • Build and own a formal referral and advocacy programme.
  • Own HubSpot: pipelines, automation, and forecasting.
  • Coach, develop, and grow the sales team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading and developing a sales or commercial team.
  • Track record of building scalable sales functions, not just working within one.
  • Sells on value: comfortable closing without price concessions.
  • Strong HubSpot capability.
  • Emotionally intelligent: understands that trust takes time and shortcuts cost clients.
  • Based on the Sunshine Coast or willing to relocate. This role is on-site.
