- Run discovery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and business stakeholders
- Own Financials workstreams across modules such as Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses
- Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
What You’ll Grow Into (Phase 2 – Practice Leadership)
- Support and mentor Workday consultants as the practice expands
- Help define delivery standards, accelerators, and best practices
- Provide technical leadership across multiple engagements
- Collaborate with leadership on capability growth and service offerings
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands‑on Workday Financials implementation experience
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations
- Strong functional configuration expertise across financials modules
- Consulting or partner‑side experience highly valued
- Workday Financials implementor certifications required
This Role Is For You If You
- Thrive in fast-paced environments
- Enjoy working with stakeholders
- Are comfortable with change and ambiguity
