Our vision is bold, to lead Australia’s digital evolution by accelerating the safe and secure adoption of Automation and AI. We partner with the world’s most innovative technology companies to transform businesses, industries, and government services. Every project is an opportunity to transform operations, solve real‑world problems, and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

We are enablers. What’s ours is yours, check us out at xAmplify.com.au

The Opportunity

xAmplify’s Business Transformation Team is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we’re inviting experienced Business Analysts to register their interest in upcoming roles across our Digital Transformation stream.

As part of this team, you’ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, supporting clients with complex transformation initiatives across ServiceNow, TechnologyOne, Technology Services, Cyber, Data & AI, and Strategic Advisory. These roles are ideal for Business Analysts who enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, solving complex problems, and shaping new ways of working in fast‑moving environments.

You’ll play a key role bridging business needs and technical solutions—helping our clients optimise processes, deliver change, and achieve measurable outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We value hands‑on experience and practical problem‑solving over certifications. If you have a strong delivery background and enjoy navigating complexity, we want to hear from you.

You’ll bring experience across areas such as:

  • Business analysis within technology‑enabled transformation programs
  • Requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation (functional and non‑functional)
  • Facilitating discovery sessions and requirements workshops with diverse stakeholders
  • Business process optimisation and re‑engineering
  • Supporting business change and adoption of new ways of working
  • Visualising business needs, objectives, and target states
  • Working across the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Agile delivery environments and methodologies
  • Release, change, and delivery coordination
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify and propose practical solutions
  • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong time management, self‑direction, and collaborative working style

A background with a technical, digital, financial, or ERP focus will be highly beneficial. Experience with TechnologyOne, ServiceNow, or enterprise platforms is particularly valuable.

Client Environment & Eligibility

The majority of our Business Analyst roles support Federal Government and Defence clients, which means:

  • Australian Citizenship is preferred
  • Baseline (or higher) AGSVA security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is required for government engagements

Work Model & Engagement Types

  • Roles are primarily full‑time permanent, with contract roles considered in specific project scenarios
  • Based in Canberra, operating in a hybrid model across xAmplify offices, client sites, and work‑from‑home
  • Start dates will vary based on project timelines — whether you’re available now or planning ahead for the next 3–6 months, we’d love to connect
