Telemarketing (Remote + High Commission)

Role Summary: Execute outbound calls, promote marketing campaigns, and drive customer conversions while working remotely. Fluency in Thai and the ability to work independently from home are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound cold calls using a provided list of leads.
2. Follow scripts to promote marketing campaigns and special offers effectively.
3. Drive customer acquisition by converting new customers and reactivating inactive ones.
4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
5. Respond professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, with comprehensive training provided.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in both written and spoken Thai; knowledge of Thai dialects is advantageous.
2. Basic proficiency in English for internal team communication.
3. Proven experience in telesales or customer service is highly preferred.
4. Personal laptop, mobile phone, and a stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) are required for remote work.
