About this role:

The Production Worker at Smartstream Technology operates rotational moulding machinery, follows safety and quality standards, maintains efficiency, handles materials, completes paperwork, and contributes to a clean, team-oriented, and continuously improving manufacturing environment.

What your day will look like:

• Operate rotational moulding machinery, lifting equipment, and forklifts.

• Lift and handle materials up to 25kg safely.

• Use hand tools, including drills, impact wrenches, routers, and jigsaws.

• Perform trimming, machining, finishing, and packaging of rotational moulded products.

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.

• Participate in the full process of rotational moulding, including set-up, operation, and monitoring.

• Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety.

• Complete all required paperwork clearly and accurately.

• Keep the workstation clean and organized.

• Follow all Quality Assurance requirements and company procedures.

• Package finished products efficiently.

• Adhere to work instructions and company policies.

About you:

• Experience in plastic extrusion welding and coring is essential for this role.

• Capable of Manual handling and heavy lifting up to 25kg.

• Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to completing tasks effectively.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to adhering to safety guidelines.

• Flexible and able to adjust to various tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Works well with others, following directions and collaborating to achieve team goals.

• Maintains organised work areas and properly disposes of materials.

Qualification and skillsets needed:

• A valid and current Western Australian Driver’s License – C Class preferred.

• Forklift License (Desirable).
