Description

About this role:

  • Coordinate and schedule servicing and repairs for all company heavy vehicles, light vehicles, and mobile plant equipment.
  • Liaise with internal site teams and external service providers to ensure timely maintenance and minimal operational downtime.
  • Order and track service kits, parts, and consumables required for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate fleet maintenance records in both spreadsheets and fleet maintenance management systems.
  • Enter daily and weekly service data, job updates, and compliance records.
  • Generate reports using system data to support fleet performance, compliance, and planning requirements.
  • Monitor service schedules and ensure compliance with maintenance intervals and regulatory requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement of fleet maintenance processes and coordination efficiency.

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of earthmoving equipment, heavy vehicle, and light vehicle servicing and repair processes.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar fleet coordination, maintenance planning, or workshop administration role (preferred).
  • High-level proficiency in data entry, Excel/spreadsheet management, and reporting.
  • Experience using fleet or maintenance management software systems (e.g. MEX, Maintenance Connection, or similar).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders (internal teams and external suppliers).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
