Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service requests and dispatch technicians to customer sites
  • Monitor service progress and ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and resolve any issues
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the service team as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a service coordination or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Experience with service management software a plus
