The Role
This is a hands-on, field-based business development role
focused on winning new business and building long-term customer relationships.
You will engage with procurement teams, operations managers, and site
stakeholders to deliver practical, cost-effective workwear solutions.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be
supported by an established internal sales team while retaining autonomy to
grow and manage your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities across WA
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Conduct site visits and customer meetings
Present Riggers’ workwear and PPE solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development
Previous experience in the workwear, PPE, or industrial supply industry (highly regarded)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, results-driven approach
Confidence dealing with procurement and operational stakeholders
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Full, clean driver’s licence
Own reliable vehicle (car allowance provided)
