Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Warriewood. This permanent, full-time position is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, leading a sales team and have a proven track record of achieving targets and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Organise and participate in sales presentations and negotiations.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in software sales, SaaS, or technology.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills with the ability to consistently close a sales deal with business owners and decision makers.
  • Extensive experience in leading, mentoring and motivating a sales team. 
  • Highly driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand client issues and propose solutions.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, sales software, and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Ring Central, Hubspot, Zoom, TeamViewer).
  • A customer-first mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional service and creating long-term relationships.
  • Ability to listen to customer challenges and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Willingness to collaborate with marketing, product, development and customer support teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and capable of adapting to changing client needs and software updates
  • Understanding of the automotive industry or workshop management is a plus but not required.
