- Lead sprint planning, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Gather and analyse customer and market insights to guide improvements.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to deliver intuitive, accessible software.
- Act as the bridge between business teams and engineering, managing stakeholder input.
- Support partner integrations, release communications, and go-to-market coordination.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ product management experience in SaaS.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch.
- Demonstrated experience writing business requirement documents and feature specifications that developers can work from with minimal clarification.
- Strong understanding of agile software development processes, including agile methodologies.
- Technically fluent and comfortable discussing trade-offs with developers.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed product decisions.
- Empathy for customers and a commitment to solving their problems.
- Experience with user research, testing, and validation.
