We are looking for an energetic, proactive, an organised Office Manager to be the heartbeat of the office. What’s really involved 

  • Manage the office, greet visitors, and manage incoming communications with professionalism.
  • Provide admin support to the CEO and Sales and Marketing teams
  • Office Operations & Logistics: Keep common areas tidy, manage supplies inventory, and manage office equipment (maintenance, repairs, and upgrades).
  • Culture & Community: Plan and execute team events, meetings, celebrations, and lunches.
  • Other Admin: Manage expense reporting, travel, and basic HR onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide 1st level support for our customers via phone, and email.
  • Assist clients with basic troubleshooting and account usage questions related to our software.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team members
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve our services.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.  
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace 
  • Experience with Xero or other accounting packages a plus 
  • Strong time management capabilities and an innate ability to set priorities and flex to an ever changing environment. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand client issues and propose solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced, environment and capable of adapting to changing needs.
