About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of our marketing and communications across the MGA Group. This role is designed to grow the visibility of our brands, engage diverse audiences, and strengthen the impact of our services.
Reporting to the Group Executive Team, you will:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Group’s marketing strategy across multiple brands and channels.
- Create and curate compelling social media content (reels, stories, video, and image-based).
- Execute growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and traffic across platforms.
- Analyse and report on the performance of marketing and social media activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications.
- Support broader initiatives including events, email campaigns, website updates, and creation of print collateral.
Location and FTE
This role will have flexibility to work across Gippsland, with hybrid work arrangements available.
This is a part-time role (0.6FTE / 22.8 hours per week), with flexibility to spread hours across 3, 4, or 5 days to suit.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or social media.
- Bring strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Are confident managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Have familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design software (e.g. Canva Pro, CapCut; Adobe experience highly regarded).
- Are highly organised and able to manage competing priorities across multiple brands.
- Enjoy working independently while also collaborating with diverse teams.
- Bring a proactive, creative approach with a strong understanding of youth culture, professional services, and community engagement.
