We are looking for a loveable, generous, patient and professional individual who is highly organized and passionate with customer service located at Sydney CBD area.
As a Concierge (Host), you are responsible to create a culture that fosters conversations, enables encounters, and encourages exceptional people to achieve exceptional success. Most of the time, it is the informal interaction with each other that leads to new contacts and chains of thoughts that we want our tenants to benefit from – personally and professionally. Therefore, we expect every team member of Concierge to be a role-model in terms of continuously promoting authentic encounters.

Our ideal Concierge (Host) is interested and interesting. They are welcoming, authentic, and thoughtful. They are proactive, full of energy and always do their best at every task. This person is someone you can trust that will always deliver and give your guests the best experiences.
You will bring the following skills and experience
- Previous experience in Concierge, Front of House, Guest Services or Customer Service or similar role preferred
- Prior hospitality, food & beverage, property or building management is highly regarded
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to develop sound working relationships with other employees
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Exceptional work ethic, display energy, enthusiasm and drive
- Have a valid RSA NSW

Operating Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am to 6pm – Full-time to work 38hrs per week, operating hours may change due to events or members requirements.
Dress code: Very well presented, non-corporate clothing
Reporting to: Club Manager
Start Date: Immediate with Casual roles with working hours from 30hrs per week.
