Warehouse Manager

Botany, New South Wales 2019, Australia • Full-time

Description

Wats On Events is part of the Winarch Group and has been delivering premium bar operations for some of Australia’s most iconic events for over a decade. We pride ourselves on seamless execution, strong partnerships, and a team that genuinely loves what they do.

Our logistics and warehouse operations are critical to our success — and we’re now looking for a hands-on Logistics Manager to keep everything moving.

About the Role

As our Logistics Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring equipment and inventory are moved efficiently, safely, and on time to support major events. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations, logistics planning, and team supervision in a fast-paced events environment.

You’ll work closely with Event Managers and the Operations Manager to coordinate stock, transport, and schedules — particularly during peak event periods.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Coordinate equipment and inventory allocation for upcoming events
  • Manage stock levels, record keeping, reporting, and stocktakes
  • Coordinate truck movements and logistics schedules
  • Support onsite bump-ins and bump-outs as required
  • Supervise and train a team of casual warehouse crew
  • Ensure safe handling, storage, transport, and maintenance of equipment
  • Operate a forklift and ensure WHS standards are met at all times
  • Maintain supplier relationships and source competitive pricing

About You

You’re organised, proactive, and thrive in a hands-on logistics role. You enjoy working in a team-focused environment and take pride in getting things done properly and safely.

You’ll bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, or event operations
  • A current forklift licence and confidence operating in a warehouse environment
  • Strong stock control and inventory management skills
  • Experience supervising or leading a small team
  • A safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to stay calm and organised during busy event periods

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Work behind the scenes of some of Australia’s most exciting events
  • Be part of a passionate, energetic, and supportive team
  • Hands-on role with real responsibility and impact
  • Fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

If you’re a practical, motivated logistics professional who loves events and thrives in a busy environment, we’d love to hear from you.
