If you enjoy the buzz of live events, thrive in fast-paced kitchens, and take pride in delivering high-quality food during busy service periods, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll be part of the Food & Beverage team delivering an exceptional guest experience at our theatre venues — preparing and presenting food efficiently while helping keep kitchen operations running smoothly during pre-show, interval, and post-show service.

Expect big crowds, high energy, and plenty of showtime excitement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver quality food service

  • · Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard in a fast-paced environment
  • · Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes

Support kitchen operations

  • · Assist with food preparation and service during busy show periods
  • · Work closely with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service

Maintain kitchen standards

  • ·Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and well-presented
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Assist with stock and setup

  • Support stock rotation and replenishment
  • · Assist with kitchen setup, pack down, and equipment organisation where required What We’re Looking For
  • ✔ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role ✔ Ability to stay organised and efficient during high-volume service periods ✔ Strong teamwork and communication skills ✔ A proactive attitude and passion for quality food service ✔ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during the theatre season
