The Opportunity
The Project Coordinator within Willyama Services plays a central role in supporting the Sales Team by implementing tools, processes, and technologies across Willyama. Responsibilities include analysing current market trends, monitoring long-term sales performance and opportunities, and contributing to the development of resources that support Willyama’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage generic mailboxes on a daily basis
- Coordinate and support prospective sales opportunities through approved tender portals, labour hire arrangements, and other relevant panels
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales processes aligned with organisational growth and requirements
- Ensure Willyama’s CRM system is consistently maintained with accurate and current information, providing system maintenance when required
- Coordinate shared communications and enquiries, ensuring a responsive and professional experience for clients and vendors
- Draft and edit CVs required for client submissions
- Provide hands-on support across recruitment and operational processes, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required to support business operations
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Proven ability to understand and maintain CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated initiative and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
- Commitment to producing work of high quality and accuracy
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters
