About the Role

Wild Tech is seeking an experienced Data Analyst with Workday exposure to support a large-scale HR data transformation initiative.

This role will focus on consolidating, cleansing, and transforming workforce data sourced from multiple HR and payroll systems, ensuring high-quality data is prepared for migration into Workday HCM. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven insights and supporting critical migration phases across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleanse, validate, and maintain large volumes of employee data from multiple systems
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, including attrition, movements, and retention
  • Develop and maintain structured datasets and SQL queries for reporting and analysis
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and consolidation across various sources
  • Support Workday data integration activities, including use of EIBs
  • Create and maintain source-to-target data mappings
  • Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and migration risks
  • Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support migration cycles, including testing, cutover, and go-live activities
  • Track and report on data issues, risks, and progress
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, developers, and project teams
  • Engage stakeholders to support data collection, validation, and reporting processes

 

 

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in data analysis within HR, HCM, or ERP environments
  • Proven experience in data migration projects (profiling, cleansing, reconciliation)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Excel, and data transformation tools
  • Experience working with Workday (HCM, Payroll, or Finance)
  • Familiarity with Workday EIBs or similar integration tools
  • Strong understanding of data mapping and migration processes
  • Ability to analyse large datasets and deliver meaningful insights
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with system integrators or large transformation programs
  • Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks
  • Experience supporting cutover, rehearsals, or go-live activities
