Our AI & Innovation team focuses on creating smart bots, AI-enabled platforms, and scalable architectures that genuinely move the needle for our clients.
We’re now looking for a AI Solutions Developer / Technical Architect to play a key role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge AI solutions across our global client base.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll combine hands-on development with technical architecture and solution design, working closely with distributed teams and global stakeholders.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing and building secure, scalable AI-enabled applications
- Leading solution architecture for AI, automation, and intelligent bot platforms
- Developing using .NET / C#, Python, and TypeScript
- Implementing AI and ML solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Azure ML
- Building AI-driven solutions leveraging Azure Foundry and Azure AI services
- Leading and contributing to proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for innovative AI use cases
- Integrating third-party APIs and AI platforms (including Azure Cognitive Services)
- Supporting pre-sales activities, including technical input, solution design, and client discussions
- Collaborating with distributed, international teams, aligned to Sydney business hours
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews where needed
What we’re looking for
You’re a senior technologist who enjoys both building and designing, and who can operate comfortably in a fast-moving, consultative environment.
Required experience:

10+ years in software development, with at least 3 years in AI or intelligent automation
- Strong experience with .NET / C#, Python, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML)
- Proven experience building AI-enabled applications using Azure Foundry
- Strong background in secure, scalable architecture design
- Comfortable working Sydney business hours
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with global, distributed teams
Nice to have (not essential):
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365
