About the Role
Delivery Driver – Day Shift
📍 Cannonvale | 💼 Full-Time | 🔒 Stable & Consistent
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a reliable team member with strong attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Working Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Open to discussions regarding part time or casual employment depending on availability.
What You’ll Do:
- Delivering products across Mackay and the Whitsundays
- Providing exceptional customer service while on the road
- Operating vehicles with care and efficiency
- Loading and unloading stock from truck
- Accurately and efficiently place stock away at customer locations
- Managing manifests and vehicle maintenance using electronic devices
- Assisting with general warehouse operations
- Adhering to strict delivery procedures
- Handling cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
- General housekeeping and cleanliness tasks
- Support with warehouse duties as needed
This is a hands on physical job working in the elements from day to day.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking local candidates available for an immediate start who are looking for long-term employment in a supportive and growing team.
Applicants must have valid Australian work rights for this position and working here doesn’t count towards your 88 Days.
Kay Qualities Include:
- A current MR license (mandatory); a forklift ticket is a bonus
- Previous experience in a delivery or transport role is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail & good communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively & work independently or part of a two-person delivery team
- Confidence using electronic devices such as iPads for manifests and delivery management
- Knowledge of food is beneficial but not a must
