• Current and valid First aid, Asthma, and anaphylaxis certification.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual children
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and play
- Observe and assess children’s development and progress, and communicate with parents and caregivers as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and attendance
- Attend professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- State certification or licensure as an Early Childhood Teacher
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
