Your contribution to the team includes

The role of People & Culture Business Partner provides support and guidance across the Club to ensure we are putting our people at the forefront of everything that we do to ensure that we are a high-performance organisation.

This role is a 10-month parental leave cover as an end-to-end business partner who supports all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff engagement, development and change management. The People and Culture Coordinator will report into this role. Key focus areas will include:

  • Managing the Performance Review Process;
  • Managing and enhancing the Reward and Recognition Program;
  • Leading our Engagement & Wellbeing Activities; and
  • Chairing the Diversity & Inclusion Working Group and rolling out our Action Plan to commence in 2026.

Skills and experience

  • Ready for your next step? We are looking for someone with 7+ years’ experience in end-to-end employee lifecycle experience as an advisor and/or business partner/manager
  • Use your ability to coach and develop employees at all levels to build leadership capability
  • Experience delivering a wide range of P&C projects to the business
  • Extensive experience in performance management
  • Down to earth style with a relationship driven approach
