We’re looking for a Senior Account Director to join our team — someone who is commercially minded, strategically driven, and genuinely passionate about building strong client partnerships and delivering exceptional work.
This is an opportunity for an experienced agency professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys navigating complex projects, solving problems, and bringing people together to deliver great outcomes. You’ll work across a diverse mix of creative production projects spanning digital, print, content, photography, video, and emerging technologies, partnering with both clients and internal teams to bring ideas to life.
You’ll be someone who naturally builds trust and credibility with clients, can confidently lead senior stakeholder conversations, and is always looking for opportunities to strengthen relationships, improve ways of working, and drive growth.

Role Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead key client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service, strategic partnership, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives, marketing strategies, and operational requirements to identify opportunities for growth and expanded services.
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through regular communication, strategic reviews, and ongoing partnership development.
- Provide strategic guidance across campaigns and projects to ensure client objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
- Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, additional scopes of work, and areas for account growth across existing and new clients.
- Prepare, present, and influence proposals, scopes, and commercial recommendations with confidence at a senior level.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in an account service or sales role within the advertising, creative, marketing, or production industry.
- Creative agency experience is essential.
- Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, quoting, scoping, and SLA agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Proven experience leading integrated campaigns and projects across digital, print, production, content, photography, video, and related services.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
