About the role
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Account Manager to join one of Wellcom’s most dynamic and fast-paced accounts.
Strong client instincts are essential, this position sits at the intersection of systems, high volume, brand focussed production, and delivery excellence. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring work flows seamlessly from brief to delivery, driving efficiency, accuracy, and consistency at scale.
You’ll need to be comfortable working within structured workflows and evolving systems, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset when it comes to improving processes. You’ll intuitively understand client needs, while also knowing how to navigate production requirements and internal teams to deliver high-volume, high-quality output.

This is a short-term contract role until 30 June.
You’ll be responsible for
Reporting to the Group Account Director, responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key day-to-day contact across omnichannel client workstreams, ensuring clear, accurate and prompt communication
- Analysing client briefs — ensuring high quality submissions, and able to identify the difference between high-oversight creative versus lower-touch production projects.
- Managing workflows across multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables are effectively and efficiently managed – on time, on budget, and on brief.
- Driving operational efficiency across jobs – proactively identifying process improvements and reducing friction points
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail across all outputs, ensuring accuracy across content, pricing, specifications and approvals
- Developing a strong understanding of production requirements across print and digital to ensure work is delivered efficiently and correctly
- Working closely with production, studio and client teams to ensure seamless delivery at scale
- Supporting scoping, quoting and financial tracking across projects
Experience, skills, and expertise
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3–5 years’ experience in account service or project management within a creative, production or marketing environment
- Thrives in structured, systems-led environments and is confident managing high-volume workflows
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy and quality control
- Demonstrates strong project management capability, with the ability to juggle multiple deliverables at pace
- Has a solid understanding of production processes across print and/or digital content (preferrable)
- Is commercially aware, with experience in quoting, scoping and budget management
- Builds strong, intuitive client relationships and understands how to balance client needs with delivery realities
- The ability to work beyond standard working hours or be available for client
- Is a fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable navigating new tools, systems and ways of working
- Has experience using project management platforms (e.g. Asana, ClickUp or similar)
