About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave, with potential for extension based on operational needs.

This is a pivotal, hands‑on role responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment across the organisation. You will act as the key link between operational leaders and HR, ensuring recruitment needs are met efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong focus on quality and cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
  • Manage recruitment documentation and HRIS records
  • Ensure recruitment practices meet legislative and compliance requirements
  • Drafting and managing job ads, shortlisting and interviews
  • Reference checks, compliance collection and onboarding support
  • Stakeholder engagement, reporting and recruitment process improvement
  • Assisting with HR generalist activities as required to support the wider HR team

About You

You are organised, proactive and confident managing multiple recruitment priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment and candidate attraction
  • Sound knowledge of Australian employment and industrial legislation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
  • A resilient, solutions-focused approach

Essential Requirements

  • Experience using HRIS system Employment Hero (desirable)
  • Working with Children’s Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
