About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team on a 6‑month
fixed‑term contract to cover maternity leave, with potential for extension
based on operational needs.
This is a pivotal, hands‑on role responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment across the
organisation. You will act as the key link between operational leaders and HR,
ensuring recruitment needs are met efficiently, compliantly, and with a strong
focus on quality and cultural fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
- Manage recruitment documentation and HRIS records
- Ensure recruitment practices meet legislative and compliance requirements
- Drafting and managing job ads, shortlisting and interviews
- Reference checks, compliance collection and onboarding support
- Stakeholder engagement, reporting and recruitment process improvement
- Assisting with HR generalist activities as required to support the wider HR team
About You
You are organised, proactive and confident managing multiple recruitment priorities in
a fast‑paced environment.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment and candidate attraction
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment and industrial legislation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
- A resilient, solutions-focused approach
Essential Requirements
- Experience using HRIS system Employment Hero (desirable)
- Working with Children’s Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
