As a Storeperson (Trainee), you will work in our warehouse team while completing a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, fully funded by WEG Australia.

  • Earn while you learn in a full-time role
  • Gain a nationally recognised qualification
  • Combine hands-on warehouse experience with structured training Study completed during work hours and some personal time

⚒️ What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Learn Warehouse Operations: Support daily warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
  • Inventory Support: Assist with stock control, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records
  • Order Processing: Pick and prepare orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Goods Handling: Safely move and organise stock within the warehouse (training provided)
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced team members and supervisors
  • Customer Support: Assist with customer collections in a professional manner
  • Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift safely and efficiently once licensed as part of your Certificate III training
  • Safety First: Follow all workplace health, safety, and quality procedures
