The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Producer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality professional video productions such as investor education videos, property market explainers, webinar recordings, client case studies and platform walkthrough videos, that support Wealthi’s property investment platform, brand storytelling and investor education initiatives, through end-to-end video production, including filming, sound integration and post-production editing.

Position: Full-time
Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending upon the experience
As a Video Producer your key duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Plan and produce professional video productions (such as investor education content, market insight videos, advisory explainers, client success stories and recorded webinars) by planning, filming, recording sound and editing material in digital formats to support Wealthi’s property investment advisory services.
- Plan and produce structured podcast episodes as part of Wealthi’s audiovisual content output, managing audio recording, multi-microphone setup, editing and post-production as an extension of professional video and digital media production.
- Develop structured video concepts, scripts and storyboards for educational, informational and advisory-focused video content aligned with Wealthi’s investor engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage the full video production process, including pre-production planning, scheduling, location setup, on-site filming, lighting, audio capture and post-production editing for corporate and educational video productions.
- Produce both long-form and short-form video productions for use across Wealthi’s website, investor education programs, webinars, podcasts, online presentations and digital distribution platforms.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate property investment insights, advisory services and platform features into clear, informative and professionally produced video content, rather than marketing-led or influencer-style content.
- Integrate sound design, graphics, subtitles, animation and visual effects where required to enhance clarity, accessibility and professional presentation of video materials.
- Maintain professional production standards by applying best-practice video production techniques, quality control processes and consistent brand presentation across all video outputs.
Requirements and Skills:
- Demonstrated minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in video production, with responsibility for filming, sound recording and post-production editing.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in film, media, communications or a related field is desirable.
- Strong technical proficiency in professional video production equipment and post-production software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and similar.
- Proven ability to plan, script and storyboard structured video productions, rather than marketing campaign content.
- High level of creative and technical capability, with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end video production projects, including planning, coordinating shoots and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of how professionally produced video content supports investor education and communication, rather than marketing strategy or brand management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with marketing, leadership and external stakeholders.
- Has Australian working rights.
