Showroom consultant
We are looking for someone to join our team who loves engaging and assisting our customers in achieving their window furnishing goals.
About you
Experienced in customer service delivery, you have the resilience to remain calm under pressure.
You have strong active listening skills, can demonstrate empathy for the customer, and focus on their experience.
What will you bring?
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support customers and work with key internal stakeholders
– Computer literate – able to use/learn customer relationship management databases effectively (our CRMs of choice are Buz and Zendesk, and we use G-suite)
– Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but more important is a flair for problem-solving, a flexible attitude, and a “can do” approach
– Outstanding organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage your time effectively
– Well-presented, driven, committed with a positive attitude
– Commitment to upholding our values of Quality, Integrity, Ease and Experience
– Demonstrated ability to work under minimum supervision and as part of a team

The Role
– Ownership & responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Fyshwick showroom, ensuring product displays are optimised for experience
– Liaising with customers, suppliers & different departments to book appointments, and follow up on quotes in a friendly & timely manner
– Helping to serve customers in our showroom, consulting on a number of products and services
– Repairing & maintenance of certain blinds that can be completed in the showroom
– Full-time 5-day-a-week position with working hours (8.30 am to 5 pm)
– Can work 1 in 3 Saturdays (9 am to 1 pm) in our Showroom
