About the Role 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Account Manager to join our team based in Salisbury. In this exciting role hands on role, you will be responsible for sales, picking and pulling their orders, new business development and ensuring smooth market operations. This position is perfect for someone who is fit, energetic and thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with flowers, and has a keen eye for both sales and operational efficiency. Working hours are Monday to Friday, starting at 4am to meet market demands. We are open to flexibility with working hours to accommodate your needs

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Achieve budgeted Gross Profit Percentage (GP%) and turnover targets across client accounts.
  • Utilise systems to monitor account performance and ensure the full product range is offered.
  • Pick and pull your customers orders and ensure quality checks are completed.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive Webshop sales.
  • Collaboratively work with the procurement and sales teams to optimize product buying and selling.
  • Communicate consistently with accounts regarding shortages, substitutes, or any issues.
  • Assist with checkout during market hours and drive post-market sales with existing clients.
  • Provide feedback on market pricing and trends.
  • Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
