About the role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Floral Market Sales Representative to join our Tesselaar wholesale business and drive sales growth through our market. This is a dynamic, full-time role working Monday to Friday with early starts.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the management and maintenance of the market POS system.
• Manage key wholesale market accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Oversee customer service and operational processes, including pre-orders, order management, training, invoicing, and payments.
• Handle all market pre-orders and orders, responding promptly to calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement promotional strategies to drive sales.
• Maintain market stock levels, ensuring quality control, waste management, and appropriate discounting.
• Enhance the online webshop, including uploading product images and maintaining accurate stock information.
• Participate in weekly procurement meetings to align on supply and demand.
• Achieve key KPIs, with a focus on sales growth for key market accounts.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in sales within a retail environment.
• Strong initiative and independence, with the drive to achieve outstanding results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• A genuine willingness to learn and an interest in flowers and horticulture.
• Exceptional customer service skills paired with excellent communication abilities.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
