About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll work alongside our customers to support them at home and in the community in meaningful activities. We are seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our customers. The role involves assisting customers with daily living activities, including personal and/or intimate care, to support their independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
We’re currently seeking team members with availability for at least 4 shifts per week, including sleepovers. Shift duration can be from 3 hours to 8 hours at our locations:
- Maylands
- Balga
- Balcatta
- Midland
- Kewdale
- Cloverdale
- Bentley
- Hamilton Hill

To be successful in this role, you will need these Pre-Employment requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or evidence of application)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate (<12 months old)
- Medication Administration Certificate (<24 months old)
- First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011, <36 months old)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Current year influenza vaccination
- Availability for various shifts (including overnight and weekends)
Desirable Criteria:
- Certificate in Disability or relevant experience/life experience
- Confidence using technology and software
