About the role

The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences and print and digital resources that build capability across our consultant and team leader cohort. This role ensures learning solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to the unique needs of a direct selling environment.

With a strong foundation in adult learning principles, the Instructional Designer translates business goals and requirements into impactful learning assets that drive behaviour change, improve performance, and support growth across Consultants and Team Leaders.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have a minimum 3 years instructional design or e-Learning design
  • Are intermediate to advanced in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Are proficient with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe, Vyond, Powtoon, LXT, Canva)
  • Have experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Can demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Are organised, able to manage multiple projects and can meet deadlines
  • Have strong analytical skills to measure learning impact and improve programs
