The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and assist our valued customers in Australia and New Zealand.

As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both our customers and consultants. You’ll handle inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries, responding to customer needs, answering questions, resolving issues, fulfilling requests, and maintaining our contact database.

• Strong and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing

• Previous contact centre experience (bonus points if you’ve handled complex cases)

• Experience in the sales or high-end domestic appliance industry is highly regarded

• Passion for delivering excellent service in a high-volume environment

• Ability to build rapport with customers

• Experience with Salesforce and Netsuite ERP is advantageous

• Positive, can-do attitude
